Pfanni mashed potatoes : Cooking Guide:
1.) Boil 350 ml of water with half a teaspoon of salt (2 g).
2.) Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the purée flakes with a wooden spoon. So that the puree really like mashed fresh, stir as little as possible.
3.) Add 10 g of butter to the puree (do not stir) and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
4.) Add 100 ml cold low-fat milk, stir in carefully and serve.
