ORGANIC BAKING SINCE 1988


Since 1988, the Herzberger Bakery has been baking organic breads and baked goods in an artisan way. From natural raw materials, our own 3-step organic rye sourdough and water from our own well, our bakers create unadulterated taste experiences. Our flours have, if possible, 100% Naturland or Demeter quality. Technical enzymes and chemical additives have no place in our baked goods.
