Shipping - simple, safe and fast
Shipping costs and delivery times for end customers:
We offer EXPRESS and STANDARD as delivery options.
EXPRESS: 2-5 business days from shipping date
STANDARD: 6-8 business days from the day of shipment
The shipping costs depend on the weight and the selected delivery time and will be displayed in the checkout process. We ship our packages worldwide with DHL Express and the best standard supplier for each country. After placing the order, all customers will receive an order confirmation with the exact delivery date. (NOTE: please check your SPAM folder for emails from us).
The packages leave our warehouse every day from Monday to Friday. Fresh items and chilled goods are only dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays so that the shortest transit times are achieved. As soon as the shipment was sent, we sent an email with the tracking ID and the link to track the shipment. - Fixed shipping prices up to 10kg, 20kg and 30kg
- Orders > 30kg will be possible
- All prices including duties and taxes on import
- Display of total weight in the shopping cart gives you the possibility to maximize your purchase

Additional costs for packaging
In the case of refrigerated products and bottles shipping (beverages), we are using special packaging, which we additionally charge.
For temperature-sensitive products in the summer months, e.g. Chocolate, you can book a cooling package yourself.
Shipping costs and delivery times Retailer
For our retailer we offer the possibility to have your order delivered by express or standard shipping. The transport costs are calculated before you Check out on the basis of the imputed weight of the order.
We deliver directly to you. Import duties and taxes are not paid by us. Please inform yourself about the import regulations in your country, as you may need licenses or permits as an importer
