Pfanni potato puree : In the pack you get 3 x 36 g of extra loose mashed potatoes from Pfanni. The preparation is simple and goes very fast, the taste of the puree is excellent. The potatoes used are from sustainable agriculture and are of excellent quality.
1. For a bag (3 servings) boil 350 ml of water, half a teaspoon of salt (2 g) and 5 g of margarine or butter.
2. Remove the pot from the heat and add 150 ml cold low-fat milk.
3. Stir in purée flakes with a wooden spoon. After 1-2 minutes stir again briefly and serve.
Tip: Also suitable for the preparation with vegetable milk alternatives (for example, soy-based).
