Fresh white asparagus of class 1 from Beelitz. One of the best known region for quality asparagus in Germany. Raked fresh from the day, ready peeled. Just take it out of the welded shell and cook - the strong aromatic asparagus enjoyment is ready. Best with fresh potatoes, Knorr Hollandais or just with butter, yummy.

Preparation
in the pot:
