Mix it. With soda, orange juice, tonic or ice cold (non-alcoholic) secco. Also popular as a non-alcoholic "Negroni UNDONE" with UNDONE No. 2 - NOT GIN as well as UNDONE No. 9 - NOT RED VERMOUTH + orange zest. Delicious but also pure on ice.
