Maggi potato dumplings half and half : First put the potato dumplings in a pot filled with cold water (make sure that the dumplings are covered with plenty of water) and allow to swell for about 5 minutes. Bring to a boil, add some salt and cook for about 1 min. Let the dumplings in the open pot with low heat for 15 min., Occasionally turning over. Then take the potato dumplings and pour cold water over them. Finally, tear the cooking bags at one end, squeeze out the dumplings and serve. Good Appetite!
